1. About WeShipIt

We're an electronics wholesaler based in Shenzhen, China. The company's primary goal is to make wholesale easy.

Most of our customers are importers and distributors from around the globe. We're also proud to be the supplier of many Ebay powersellers as well as managing the inventory of many online retailers.

In our field low prices are key, so we keep our costs at a minimum in order to deliver high quality products at low prices and efficiently.

2. How to Buy?

To buy from us simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout.

You'll be asked to choose a payment method and to inform the shipping address. After paying your order you just have to check your e-mail regularly to receive the latest status of your order.

What set us apart from the other online stores is our discount policy designed to give maximum discount to wholesalers.

For each extra unit of the same product that you buy you'll be given an automatic discount. So go ahead and add that product you're considering to your cart and enter the quantity to find out the actual price you will pay per unit!

If you need to specify the color for the item you're buying, you can do so in the Notes field available in the checkout. But please notice that while we make every effort to ship in the desired color, it may be out of stock.

In this case we will ship in a neutral color (such as black, silver, white...). Unless you inform in the Notes that you prefer a refund in case of color unavailability.

If you have not received the e-mail, please check the junk folder and add website@weshipit.com to your contact list.

Contact us if you require another payment method, but please keep in mind that credit cards are only good for small or sample orders.

4. Shipping Methods

We ship most orders by China and Hong Kong Post.

In your cart you'll find two options with the following delivery time:

  • Registered Air: 7-15 days + time for custom clearance
  • EMS: 3-7 days + time for custom clearance

5. Tracking

You can track your order online from the order page, where you will find both the tracking number and the link to the corresponding shipping company.

6. Warranty

All items have a warranty of 3 months, counting from the delivery day as shown in the online tracking by the respective carrier. If no delivery date is available, the shipping day will be taken as reference.

If during this period you need to use the warranty, please contact us or request an RMA code from the order page. We'll provide you with an address and RMA code so that you can return the item to us.

The shipping cost to send it back to us will be covered by the buyer. And we'll cover the shipping cost back to you.

7. Return Policy

Returns or refunds are available for free if you received a defective or the wrong item.

You may also return the items ordered by mistake up to 5 days after receiving them. In this case a restocking fee applies and you'll receive back 70% of the current product price.
